At Standard, our network is operating business as usual. Freight Volumes are at manageable levels

At Services Delayed, our network and branches are close to full operating capacity and delays can be expected

  • Economy – All Day Service
Services Prioritised

At Services Prioritised, expect delays and restrictions on bookings. Medical and Necessities of Life customers will take priority

  • All jobs booked after 2.00pm will be for next day delivery

How does the Network Status Framework work

Our Network Status Framework allows you to see how each area is operating and performing. Every Branch within our network has one of four Status levels assigned to it. This allows you to understand possible impacts on your business and your customers.

What determines when a part of our network shifts Status levels?

Changes in staff or courier contractor numbers, freight volumes, weather, government regulations etc. Other things that may impact the Status level of our network are supply chain disruption, extreme weather, acts of god etc.

How often is the Network Status Dashboard updated?

Every working day, we make relevant updates on our online dashboard and online booking dashboard (sudden major changes in our network mean we may update it more frequently). Our Network Status Dashboard shows what status applies for each of our branches across the country. We recommend you bookmark this page on your browser.
